The view at Arenal Paraiso Resort & Thermo Mineral Hot Springs was absolutely stunning. The natural environment surrounding the property was a sight to behold. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant was very friendly, and the food quality exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and I appreciated the creative towel creations from the room maid.

The bathrooms and showers could use an upgrade, as they seemed outdated. The free breakfast provided was just average, and I found the dinner to be overpriced and not worth trying.

The amenities at Arenal Paraiso Resort were amazing; great breakfast, gym, and spa center. The hot springs were relaxing and had plenty of options to choose from. The property itself is beautiful, with a zip line course and friendly guides who made the experience even more fun. The staff here was the most friendly and helpful out of all our hotel stays in Costa Rica.

I recently stayed at Arenal Paraiso Resort Spa & Thermo Mineral Hot Springs for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptional and always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with beautiful views and well-maintained gardens. The activities organized by the hotel were excellent and the restaurant was very accommodating to dietary needs. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
