The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is spectacular and peaceful and they have parking on site.

The superior queen room is fantastic with the WIFI, nice views, as for instance. The setting is stunning and magnificent, near mountains & volcano over the Arenal River, all major attractions and Arenal Volcano National Park.

It was fairly clean with very professional and hard-working staff. The location was spectacular, short walk to volcano over the Arenal River and the varying surrounding tourist attractions, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

This was a perfectly pleasant stay for two nights. I ate at a FANTASTIC restaurant for evening meals. It was huge and had an absolutely breathtaking view of the mountain.

Truly enjoyed staying at the double room in a huge mature garden. The staff were competent lot of the time. The location was spectacular and peaceful - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Its location on day 3 the volcano finally decided to show itself-after hiding 2 days in the clouds was spectacular and peaceful.

The restaurant was nice for evening meals, we ordered distinguished dishes. The location in a very nice area was good and there were souvenir shops and a supermarket nearby.

Inclusive and generous breakfast, huge standard queen room. A lot of facilities like: a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and satellite TV.

I didn't find pool, so was a little disappointed.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is very close to Arenal National Park but removed from the busy, touristy areas. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the beautiful grounds, which were well-maintained but still had a natural, Costa Rican feel. The staff at this hotel provided excellent service, ensuring that our rooms were ready by late afternoon and offering attentive service during breakfast.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were ok and nothing stood out as needing improvement.

A lot of options, good food. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room.
